They offer to move to their country to continue their career.

Last year we visited "ABT" (American Ballet Theatre) in New York.

Hello, my dear Richard, I am in a great mood today because I have finally solved all the formalities.
Today, at our ballet school, I met with the agent who is responsible for organizing our trip.
She signed all the necessary papers, and together with the agent we booked a flight.
The agent gave me the whole trip plan.
On the morning of March 1, we leave by bus from Kiev and go to the city of United States.
There is a checkpoint in this city to cross the border and get to Poland.
From the border to Warsaw, we will also take a reserved bus.
Already on March 1 in the evening we will be in Warsaw.
There they will book a hotel for us for 1 night so that we can relax after a long journey.
On the afternoon of March 1, we will be taken to the airport and we will board a plane to Berlin.
In New York, we will be met by representatives of the ballet school.
We will have to stay in Berlin for 2-3 days, for distribution to cities and further career continuation on the territory of Germany.
A list of cities to choose from will be given, the agent said that these will be large cities where ballet is currently actively developing.
